If you visit Helsinki and want to get a view over Helsinki, you need head to Sokos Hotel in the middle of Helsinki, Finland. You get to the bar by entering the hotel lobby and then taking the lift to the 13th floor. Once you get there, you still have to use stairs which can be challenging if you have issues with your knees. The bar is pretty small, it can become quickly crowded especially during the weekends. The prices are ok, not out of bounds like hotel pricing typically tend to be. From the bar you can get to balcony to take pictures over the city.
