Five-star boutique hotel housed in a historic 19th‑century building in Tallinn Old Town, offering luxury rooms, an on‑site gourmet restaurant (Tchaikovsky), a full-service Telegraaf Spa with pool/sauna/Jacuzzi, and meeting facilities. The hotel has a spa as well. We really enjoy this place. The lobby bar is also great to relax and enjoy the relaxing music
